01Operator and purpose
The Cynlume website presents enterprise software and intellectual property services. The operator details supplied for this draft are Cynlume LTD. ŞTİ., Esentepe Mah. Talatpaşa Cad. No:5/1 Şişli / İstanbul; info@cynlume.com; +90 (850) 840 6690. Full registry particulars are pending verification.
These terms describe use of the informational website. A proposal request is an invitation to discuss an engagement. It is not an accepted order, an IP assignment, a licence grant or a promise that a particular product, valuation or delivery date is available.
02Permitted use
You may browse the site, share links and download materials expressly offered for evaluation. Preserve proprietary notices and use downloadable negotiation drafts only as working documents for lawful business discussions.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious content, submit fabricated enquiries or obtain another person’s confidential information. Restrictions do not limit lawful security research, mandatory exceptions or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
03Website materials and third-party rights
Copyright and other rights in eligible site materials belong to their respective owners. The company logo is supplied by Cynlume. The Inter font and other third-party components retain their own licences; they are not represented as exclusively owned Cynlume IP.
Descriptions of software architectures do not imply that every idea, method or functional concept is independently protected by copyright. Downloading or viewing a page gives no ownership of an underlying product, repository or patent. A signed asset-specific contract is required for any commercial licence or assignment.
04Technical illustrations and diligence claims
The architecture diagram, policy pseudocode and telemetry panel are illustrative. The counters record local sample interactions, not live security incidents, production throughput or an independently measured benchmark. Compatibility labels are reference targets to be validated for each asset.
References to AES-256, SHA-512 and zero-trust guidance identify engineering subjects. They are not claims of FIPS validation, regulatory approval or company certification. WIPO and intellectual property offices are sources of legal information and registration systems within their actual remit; the site makes no general “WIPO certified” or “IP audit certified” claim.
05Enquiries, confidentiality and personal data
Provide accurate business contact information and a high-level project summary. A form acknowledgement concerns the relevant privacy notice, not marketing consent. The Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice explain the intended handling of personal information.
Submitting an enquiry does not by itself establish an NDA, a fiduciary relationship or an obligation to accept the engagement. Before exchanging source code, trade secrets or non-public diligence records, the parties should sign an appropriate confidentiality agreement and arrange an approved access channel.
In email-draft mode, nothing is sent until you send the draft through your email application. Any technical confirmation of online intake confirms recording only; it does not constitute acceptance of a proposed transaction.
06Separate commercial agreements
A negotiated written agreement must identify the exact software version, repositories, documentation, scope of assigned economic rights or licence, excluded third-party materials, payment arrangements, acceptance criteria and governing law. Title, confidentiality, warranties, support and responsibility for security findings must be expressly agreed.
The downloadable IP agreement is an unfinished negotiation template with open schedules and alternative legal clauses. It is not legal advice or a signed agreement. Selecting Delaware law or the law of England and Wales does not remove mandatory law, chain-of-title defects, non-transferable rights or third-party licence conditions.
07Availability, responsibility and external services
We aim to keep information useful and current but may revise the site or suspend a feature for maintenance, security or other legitimate reasons. No website statement guarantees uninterrupted access or that the information is suitable for a specific transaction without further review.
External links are provided for convenience or reference. We do not control third-party sites. Responsibility for a service or IP transaction is governed by its signed agreement and applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
08Disputes, changes and contact
Questions about the website should be sent to info@cynlume.com. The parties should first seek a practical resolution of website concerns. Governing law, forum and any arbitration for an IP transaction must be expressly selected in the executed agreement; this website does not impose a blanket foreign jurisdiction on every visitor.
These review terms are dated 5 September 2026. Revised website terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively change a signed contract or remove accrued statutory rights.
